Fund of Funds Investment Process
The Community Growth Fund of Funds is our balanced investment portfolio that incorporates all of the investment classes, creating a moderate risk fund which is compliant with Regulation 28. The different SRI funds are incorporated as illustrated in the diagram below:
Community Growth Fund (Equities): 30% - 75% of the assets are invested in this fund, with a benchmark of 60%
Community Growth Guilt Fund (Fixed income): 20% - 50% of the assets are invested in this fund, with a benchmark of 30%
Community Growth Money Market Fund (Money Market): 0% - 10% of the assets are invested in this fund, with a benchmark of 5%
IDEAS Managed Fund (Infrastructure, Development and Environmental Assets): 0% - 5% of the assets are invested in this fund, with a benchmark of 5%
Note: The performance benchmarks used are published indices except for the IDEAS Managed Fund where the benchmark is CPI +7%.
